Team Miind my Miind with Dr Sushant Sharma

A young doctor from IGMC Shimla, and a new author who has recently published his book, a crime fiction, based on a person suffering from a mental illness.

Impressive to see youngsters make an effort to educate the world to de-stigmatise mental illness. He also reiterates that the healers of the world – the healthcare community – are highly affected by stress and anxiety, probably owing to the highly stressful work environment, leading to high suicide rates..
