Delivery Policy

Once the order is confirmed, it will be delivered to the customer with in 10-12 working days.

 

Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy: Once order placed cannot be canceled unless under conditions mandated in the Return Policy

 

Return Policy: We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return only under the following conditions:

     •  Counselling: The refund be requested minimum 24  hours prior to the session time slot for a complete refund 

 

     •. Supplements and food products: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. Please share the invoice or proof of purchase. Returns will not be accepted if the product has been used and/or the seal has been broken for the product and/or the serial number has been tampered with. On receipt of the returned product, our team will proceed to inspect the same and validate the claim. Contact us at support@miindmymiind.com for any return questions

 

     •. Non Returnable Products: All products of a personal nature example Body sprays, Rollons etc. are non-returnable products. All products of virtual nature or downloadable products are non-returnable products However, in the unlikely event of damaged, defective or different/wrong item delivered to you, we will provide a full refund or free replacement as applicable. We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund/replacement.If you receive a damaged product please write to us on supprot@miindmymiind.com.com within 48 hours of delivery.

 

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it. An email with photos of the damaged/incorrect product should be sent within the stipulated time in order for us to accept the request.

Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too
