Tips to Detox Your MIIND:
#1 – Start Unfollowing:
Unfollow people who do not make you feel empowered, inspired or informed. They are not adding any worth or value in your life, so it is okay if they stay at a distance.
#2 – Be Selectively Social:
Being selectively social means intentionally keeping your social circle small. Small social circle means empowering social circle, these people who you would want to be available; they are also available to you when you need social support.
#3 – Practice Meditation:
During meditation, your focus, attention and elimination rampant thoughts crowding your mind and causing stress. This process may result in enhanced emotional, intellectual, physical and spiritual well-being.
#4 – Ask Yourself:
Are there any dead relationships in my life that I am holding onto? If there are relationships that are dead, there is no point of carrying dead bodies the whole life. Leave them and move ahead.
What aspects of my life can I improve by removing things that isn’t working anymore? If something isn’t working anymore, leave it and move ahead. Work on things that can be improved and can provide you with better opportunities in life. Ruminating over past, over the burden that you are carrying, will not take you towards progression.

Sometimes you just need to get out what is on your MIIND. Try setting a timer for 30 minutes and doing the brain dump of all the things you want to complain about or challenges you are struggling with to let it all go and detox your mind from those nagging words.

List down your long term goals. Call it a vision for your life. Reference it often. Keep it in your mind as you are cycling through your day-to-day tasks. It is easy to get caught up in the minutiae of living when you forget your why.
